The school year is coming to an end, but things at NASP continue to be very busy. You can get involved with other NASP members who share your areas of expertise or concern by joining one of the more than 20 Interest Group Communities including autism, neuropsychology, and behavioral school psychology. This year’s School Psychology Awareness Week, November 12-16, theme is ‘Know Your Own Strengths. Discover them. Share them. Celebrate them.’ The focus this year will remain on fun, strengths-based classroom, school-wide, and counseling activities. We will also offer the Gratitude Works, Student POWER Award, and Possibilities in Action Partners Award programs. Mark your calendar and watch for more updates.

For those preparing to take the Praxis II School Psychology exam, there will be a live 2-hour webinar that will help you prepare on June 19 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You’ll learn about different sections of the exam, test-taking strategies, and various study tools, and you can ask questions directly to the test administrators.
